Celebrated my sister and brother-in-law's anniversary on a getaway to Santa Fe. Since we arrived a little later, we stopped at Del Charro for some late night appetizers.  

When we got home, I discovered Del Charro has the recipe for the Green Chile Chicken Chowder on their website. It was an amazing soup! We will definitely being giving that a try.
